Stuart Cosslett is an experienced community leader, educator and social entrepreneur with a strong background in health and social care leadership, training, youth development and community engagement.

Passionate about creating opportunities for people to realise their potential, Stuart has dedicated much of his work to developing inclusive community initiatives, supporting personal development and improving access to practical education.

Through NPEP, he is committed to helping individuals build confidence, develop new skills and discover opportunities for lifelong learning.
